ShortFly is a video and reel-sharing platform where users can earn SFT Tokens by watching videos, and creators receive SFT Coins for their content. This policy governs the copyright rights of content uploaded and used on the platform.

2. Content Ownership

• Creator Rights: When a creator uploads a video or reel on ShortFly, they retain the copyright to their content.
• ShortFly Rights: By uploading content, the creator grants ShortFly the right to display, promote, and distribute the content within the platform.
• User Rights: Users are only authorized to watch uploaded videos. Unauthorized downloading, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Unauthorized Use

• Copyright Violation: Uploading content that belongs to another creator or a third party without permission is a violation of this policy.
• Reporting System: If any user or creator believes their copyrighted content is being used without permission, they can report it to [email protected].
• Content Removal: If a copyright violation claim is verified, the content will be immediately removed from the platform.

4. Monetization Rules

• Users (Viewers): Users who watch videos earn SFT Tokens, which can only be used within the app.

• Fraud Prevention: Any attempt to manipulate views or engagement fraudulently may result in account suspension.

5. Fair Use & Third-Party Content

ShortFly allows creators to use third-party content (e.g., music, clips) only if they have the necessary rights or fall under fair use laws. If you use copyrighted material without permission, your content may be removed, and your account may be subject to penalties.

6. Consequences of Violations

If a creator or user is found violating copyright laws, ShortFly may:

• Issue a warning.
• Remove the infringing content.
• Temporarily or permanently suspend the account.
• Take legal action if necessary.

7. Content Licensing Duration

The creator grants ShortFly a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute the content until the creator deletes it from the platform.

8. Disclaimer for ShortFly’s Liability

ShortFly is not liable for any copyright infringement committed by users. It is the responsibility of the creator to ensure they have the rights to the content they upload.

9. SFT Tokens & SFT Coins

SFT Tokens and SFT Coins are in-app rewards. Tokens can be earned by users for watching videos, while Coins are earned by creators for uploading content. These rewards can only be used within the ShortFly platform and cannot be withdrawn or converted to real currency.

10. User Responsibilities

Users must ensure that any content they upload does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others. Users agree not to upload any copyrighted material unless they have explicit permission or legal rights.

11. Repeat Infringer Policy

ShortFly follows a three-strike policy for copyright violations:

• First violation: Warning and content removal.
• Second violation: Temporary account suspension.
• Third violation: Permanent ban from the platform.

12. DMCA Compliance

ShortFly complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without permission, please send a DMCA Takedown Request to [email protected] with:
